I have 5 years of experience as Data Engineer in the same organisation. WLB is excellent. Time is totally flexible. However, learning is not much working on maintenance activities. CTC is 18.5 LPA.

I have received offers from :
Wipro for 27 LPA (service based)
CGI for 26 LPA (service based)
Nielsen 26 LPA (service based)

Is it a good idea to switch now and that too to a service based firm ? All three are in Hyderabad.

Really need some input. We have our new construction done by April 2023. Builder is giving us 28,000 credits which can be used towards closing cost and buy lock rate for 6 months from now and giving us the interest rate for 6.75% for 30 years from US bank. But I also spoke to credit union they give us 5 ARM for 5.5% but can lock rate in feb 2023. So should go with the US bank with 6.75% plus incentives or wait till feb 2023 and thn lock rates(us bank doesn’t give us ARM rates).

Total: 37 LPA plus joining bonus of Rs. 2 lakh

As a freelancer, what should be my asking rate per annum equivalent to a CTC for 45 LPA, considering 40 is base and 5 bonus. Of course, there is an additional loss of EPF and other benefits to be considered.
