Hi fishes, I am working in Intel Corporation at base pay of 23 lakhs, with 4 YOE in RTL Design domain... I am getting offer from Google, planning to ask my expectations as 35 lakhs base pay at L4.. Is it right expectation? Any suggestions..

I joined EY recently as senior manager, I am thinking to switch in probation period due to following reasons:
1. HR offered me lower than market standard citing my previous ctc.
2. Not eligible for current cycle appraisal or bonus
3. Unrealistic expectations of knowing internal tools and processes without any onboarding trainings..
4. 80-85% non technical responsibilities
Anyone in my shoes faced similar issues and does it change over time?

I am having around 7.5 yrs of experience. One offer with IBM (ISDL) ,role(senior staff engineer) is in pipeline. In what ranges do they offer ctc, please provide some insights, so that i can negotiate. I am excited for this role because i never had a chance to work in product company. The location is also not my native and i have been told wfh is not possible and ill have to relocate.
