Got below offer from epiFi for SDET position
Base - 23LPA
15% variable - 3.5LPA
ESOP - Approx 58,000 PA
I know it's too much a lowball for Sr SDET position when entry level roles are getting this much.
Have told them to update the offer per senior band, yet to hear back. I'd mentioned 35LPA as expected base over phone. But got response that they can't increase numbers.

Company A said they will setup a HR discussion.. it didn't happened yet
Company B without any negotiation they released a offer with X+4 Lpa with 3L joining bonus.
My interest lies on company A. But if i ask company A to match the offer company B, I feel bad to avoid company B, as they came forward to offer more.
