I am working in tcs, learnt data science. I want to work on the same. But 2 months back I got a project in SAP BI/BW, now I am getting training on the sap bi from a trainer in project. I don't want to work on this, and want project related to ML or data science. How can I find so?

I am trying to switch actively. Have had multiple interviews with different farms . But there is a strange thing, all of these farms are trying to place me in one single role with one particular client HSBC . What can be the reason ? Am i missing something ?

I have joined TCS last year Feb under BPS( BSC Computers), doing the work in IT project. But i am getting the salary for BPS role even after the one year anniversary literally no change in my in-hand salary.
When I have asked my team manager to convert me to IT role from BPS role she is avoiding the topic ( tried asking 3 times). Also 70% of my senior team members moved out, so work pressure is also increasing.
I thinking of asking for project release. How can I proceed with the this?

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭

I interviewed for a manager position and they asked me to consider a senior role instead. I have nearly 7 full years of experience in tax.

Anyone here did final interview with VP-level people at Smartsheet? I will have the final interview soon with a VP in charge of the function. It's said that would be a conversational interview which I don't have much experience. I was advised to focus on stakeholder management and collaboration.
