Hi, I got offer from KPMG Global Services. They have a component in their salary called "Flexible Compensation". I understand, it is something which the employees usually structure by themselves. I am confused about a few of the allowances, "Mobile/landline bill reimbursement", "Expenses in pursuit of Education", "Purchase of computer at home". Are these reimbursements or they will be paid as part of the salary?

Wipro: 20lpa includes 2L variable, Designation: Tech Lead

Cts looks to be the option but I'm not clear on the reasons for high attrition at CTS.

So mid 2020, working from home, got lonely and hit on my gynaecologist (2 appoints only and no physical examination at that point 😅) via WhatsApp. I am 32F... Don't know his age but, I know he is young and single. He left me on read. I regretted it and changed to another gynaecologist (older female to be safe). I know it would have not been ethical on his part to date a patient.... But I think a "NO" would have been better 😭😭😭. I have never gotten over the embarrassment. I cringe every time

Received the email saying TCS will deduct health insurance premium for entire year. I have about a month left in TCS. Found some random quora answer about converting it to individual policy before leaving, does anybody have any idea about this process. And will converting to individual policy help me avoid paying the entire premium for my parents.
