I cleared all rounds for Risk Specialist at HSBC, waiting for the HR salary negotiation call, how much can I ask?

I'm holding an offer for 20LPA

Exp- 3years

Need advice on comp package negotiation. 13 yrs of Experience + 2 yrs industry. IT internal audit director role. Fortune 250 in NYC. Bonus 25%, equity contribution 10% each year. I wanted higher base but they are not willing to. What other benefit/comp consideration can I ask for? Haven’t done comp negotiations never n need tips.

Current ctc is 3.6 in TCS with 1.7 yoe, how much I could expect to enter data analyst role based on self projects if I do.

Hi guys, can you please help me understand the levels at hsbc? I get the gcb 5,6 etc but I am not able to understand what is 6.3 and the decimal system. How many are there like that in a level and does an associate starts from the lower decimal and move to higher or vice versa? Also if someone is promoted, the decimal changes or the entire levels change?
