I call them tactics but really as long as you're consistent and it conveys what it's meant to convey you're good!
I would refer to them as “channel elements”
Campaign tactics
I call them campaign assets. I normally save “tactic” for actions taken.
Yes, like when arriving to the landing page, if there is a subscribe to newsletter pop-up, that would be the tactic for capturing customers.
Channels or tactics and then if you create 2 sets of banner or 2 emails, each one is a campaign asset.
Inbound marketing pieces is my best guess.

Every company I’ve been at has referred to them as campaign assets - but it’s been a few years since I was on the digital design/marketing side of things. I’ll also add that most of them had mixed digital/print campaigns and that may impact the correct term here.
Now I’m a product designer in engineering department and the term component is used a lot more for small pieces designed for the digital interface (e.g. a button). Don’t remember hearing that word often in marketing to refer to collateral.
