P&C focused people: What do you do to find success cross-selling life policies? I mostly sell P&C off internet leads. Most are not the ideal client for my company but I take care of them like I would anyone else. Attended interview by May month and in-between process has been kept on hold for fiscal year things..

Now HR said that offer is due anytime once approval is provided. Still I'm waiting for approval.

Hr also said, there will be bgv once I get the offer and it takes 3 weeks..

Any idea guys... once we get offer we can trust ms right ? Because it's getting delayed and my old offers from Indian mncs will get expired.
