I have a lot of unique experiences on my resume including working at a staffing agency, but no one has given me a chance. What does it mean when you apply to a bunch of jobs for which I am a good fit and you hear nothing back for these jobs? For some applications, I'm approaching two weeks since submission. I did get a call back to the first position I applied to; however, after the lab manager saw how much experience I had he said to release me, far too overqualified, tell him he should be applying to Senior Research Associate positions. I have ten years lab experience.

Do you say you're a "consultant" in your resume? A lot of firms (Deloitte, Protiviti, etc) officially call RA jobs as such, but it feels incredibly lame/misleading to call myself that during a job search when I know we're really just a different kind of auditor...

Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

E g 1000 on start day and 2000 on last day would give us Zero churn right?
