Start learning German before you go, learn German upto minimum B1 once you are there, go on a EU Blue Card, find another job once you are there, apply for PR in 22 months.
Initial 2 yrs will be tough, then life will be much better than in India.
U can go to Germany and switch jobs for a better offer. Because even in india tax is 30percent and no benifits.
Germany has higher income tax but best in long term
CTC may not be enough when compared to 20lpa in india .but in the long term like health insurance here mostly provides 15lakhs net value .
You have to accept the fact that there is price like high income tax to live in the 1st world country ,rather than 3rd world countries like India.
No offence ,just got fed up here.
So many like myself get into IT Job because of lack of opportunities in other stream like mechanical and civil.

Germany isn't a good choice for settling.
Don't take it otherwise. You would be surrounded by people who speaks german in everywhere. Bus, train, office, parks, markets.. Tough life for an english speaking expat... It's doesn't mean they wouldn't accommodate you. They are honest and humble so they would speak with you in english if needed.
Thank me later...
It is a tough decision to make actually. Bcz germany is getting recession. Now, how much is your company getting affected i can't say.
Germany is globally number 2 choice for immigrants. People from all over the world want to move there n all refugee seekers fom asia n africa for them number 1 choice is germany. It is temost popular place to settle down in germany bcz of the best quality of life they offer. Syrian, Pakistani, bangaldeshi, brazilian, indian all r going there along with US n british. In the long term it will be great. Initially with low salary it may be difficult. But the middle class life there is better than upper middle class life in india. If i get chance i would 100% go there.
If you are single, then this is a good offer in Germany.
60 k is less
€3350/month after tax and deductions
Depends on the city. Also does your husband require any medical care ahead or if he is able to start working again in few months. If he is able to start working again soon then it's better to move.
If not, it would be better you move alone and let family move later
60k Euro are pretty less if I compare 20lakh offer in India where cost of living is pretty low and if your husband met with an accident, you’ll have hard time doing household chores while also handling your little kid.
munich is even more expensive than berlin
The pay of 60k seems on lower side. I wouldn’t want to move to German if the pay isn’t 90k+. As someone mentioned here, the pay would be approx 3k-3.5K/Month. The cost of living in German is always higher, and you will have to do all things by yourself. In India, we have the luxury to keep cook/maids etc with 6-8k/month, and afford many things. But, abroad it’s all on yourself. As a thumb rule, you should be earning 3x if you move abroad.
What I would recommend is to take the 20L offer. Probably after few months, when you’re hubby is in good health, you both can start looking out. May be middle eastern countries where there’s no to minimal tax.
Don’t join in Germany please stay in India and cost of living is very high in Germany , you should sacrifice a lot to save money in range of 1.2-1.8L for 60k euros.
Please don't go to germany for 5k monthly. The taxes are very high and you will be left with 2.2lakhs INR per month. Whereas in India you will get 1.2 already for 20LPA. If you want to travel and meet new people then you can go. Otherwise NO

If your husband would soon be working after relocating to Germany the it would be a good option. But if you are the only one earning then your savings would be less than in India
