I got a remote opportunity to work with a company based out in dubai with the in hand salary of 1.5 Lakh Per month along with 1.2l half yearly bonus (60+60)K.
Having 3.6 years of experience in .net full stack.
Should I opt for this opportunity .

I tried to ask for their budget because i didn’t have the full position details, but they didn’t provide and asked again the range I was hoping for. I did end up responding, and secured an interview within the next couple of weeks. If all goes well will there be room for negotiations if I get an offer?

Does it make sense to hire someone with UX design knowledge at an in-house company?
