I got an offer from Deloitte India as consultant in Public Domain Projects. But my current company is retaining me at higher Ctc.

Deloitte is providing brand as my current organsiation is not so branded.

Should I join Deloitte or stay in my current organisation.

Associate test manager with 12 yr exp. What should be the fixed pay

I don’t have many years of of experience on paper (graduated college 5 years ago) but I constantly get told that I operate at a level far above my title. My art partner left to be an ACD somewhere else and she wants to recommend me as her partner, INSISTS that she knows I can do it (and she isn’t the type to exaggerate). Anyone have advice/perspective on the different between years of experience, output, natural ability, and whether or not it’s ridiculous to even consider this opportunity?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments.
