I got tech mahindra offer with 17 LPA including variable pay 10% and they said it will be paid out on monthly basis with 100% variable for senior soft eng role. You can maintain WLB if you don't start running into the race of becoming a manager.
S.Con is a mid level role and you will be responsible for getting work done from consultants/BTAs. Learn to delegate more and work less at the lower level.

A Senior Consultant is a relatively high demanding role, you would be required to drive the project. Also the late night and early morning call is a norm in Deloitte

SC and Manager roles are very demanding. In the US, they are backbone of the entire project delivery.
In USI, you will definitely need to work with your SC and M in the US to level set on delivery times and leading work of Consultants and Analysts in USI. You will do atleast 50-55 hours a week.
SC is a mid level role with lots of scope to lead. You will also need to work on firm initiatives to make high bonuses (this can include things like helping in recruiting, working on PoCs or RFPs etc).
A lot of your peers as SC in S&A will be MBAs from top tier IIMs, so your competition for promo will be high.
Along with that you will also be expected to contribute to Firm Initiatives( This is something you need to work on apart from your project)
All and all, ur professional: personal life ratio will be 70:30
And what are the options for work from home ? Apart from covid times ,
You will anyways be mostly working from home due to the working hours which usually stretches till 10:30-11 PM daily. Even if you go to office you will have to come back home early to take calls with onsite. Same with early morning calls which happen at 8-9 AM

Yea , that sounds ok, because personally I feel after so much of work again travelling back for long distance that too with hectic traffic is horrifying
