Question: After doing this, will it be mandatory for me to join DXC, or I can deny joining?

Suppose the company is ready to give me early release on my 90 days NP, and for a moment, assume, I don't want it. Then how can I proceed?

I can simply say, no and continue serving my NP. However, if they insist, then should I ask them to pay me for the remaining NP? (like early release in one month, but ask them to pay for full three months)
