I got an offer of 20 lpa from Nagarro.

Later i received one more from another company with 24 lpa as fixed and 50k joining bonus.

I recently discussed with my Nagarro hr to increase my salary because I like to join Nagarro.

They came up with 22 lpa..but I told them that I need 24lpa.

Will I get 24lpa from Nagarro or am I risking it ?

Hi everyone, I need help evaluate an offer for senior data scientist at a mid size corporate in SF (mainly focus on statistical modeling and data analysis, no MLE related tasks):

How should I word the negotiation portion of the offer letter to say “I’m leaving right before my bonus, and coming on right during the busy holiday season- so I’d like a sign on bonus and to start with accrued PTO” without saying it like that?
