Did they give you any documentation or information at all?

they have called me after the interview saying i passed the round and next round they will schedule in next 2 days which passes by today :)

What does it say in the interview email?

interview invite was kind of automated mail informing the date and time of interview which was at 9:30 PM on friday

What was the first interview like?

too much technical and kind of moderate level of interview which has crossed 1 hr timeline and had exceeded by 20 mins

You are Associate Manager, so I believe you would be going on a managerial profile right?

Friends - Is any company hiring? Considering H1B transfer? I have total only 28 months left on my visa? Doesn’t look like the firm is going to sponsor green card. I have been performing well in my department no negative reviews in 4 years yet HR denied to file GC. Apparently they are only considering Managers for GC. Is this the same situation in Big 4 Audit? If a recruiter asks me if I’ve spoken to another recruiter at the company, is it okay if I lie and say no? Or should I just be honest and say yes? I’ve heard of instances where candidates have been ghosted if they say they’ve been in contact with another recruiter. In my case, the recruiter I was in contact with messaged me on LinkedIn and never followed up after our 5 minute phone conversation. I really want this job so I don’t want to mess anything up before getting an interview.

Want to roll over 401K from two previous employers. Would you advice rolling both into a Roth or current employer’s 401k and Why?

I'm happy in my role/salary, find it rewarding and the right work-life balance. My friends however, are talented and awesome so they've been rising up in their jobs and so, have a higher disposable income. When we go out especially on special occasions like trips/getaways, I'm starting to feel the pinch. They've been understanding and even give notice when it's a special occasion coming up where they want to splurge. If I don't go, it's fine but how do I spend time with them if everything is $$?
