I got interviewed for CGI , CGI Communications Inc, 2nd February- technical round and 7th February- Managerial round. Till now, I didn't get any update from HR team. I tried calling Hr and dropped mails about the status. But she is not picking calls or replying to my mails. I tried calling the the person who setup L1 interview, she told I was not selected. What should I consider now, is my candidature on hold or should I think I got Rejected without any confirmation from HR team.

Have been at McKinsey just under a year, but the offer is above market and legit, even risk-adjusted the equity comp is more attractive over the next few years vs staying at McKinsey. What are the reasons NOT to leave and take this offer? I'm an associate that hit the ground running with great reviews so far.

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

I’ve been working for about half a year right now and I don’t enjoy the type of work I’ve been doing as It feels very narrow and I’ve been mostly on staff augmentation projects. Hi! I am currently in a Production Planner and Scheduler role for a large manufacturing company. I have been doing this for 3yrs and am interested in changing roles to Project Management function. I have been told by colleagues previously holding the PP&S position that PM is essentially what we do. So, i have applied to multiple PM roles at my company and have had 1 interview and 2 more interviews.

So overwhelmed with this job. My performance as been low, my stress has been high, i get anxiety every morning. I don’t even know how to get another job. I’ve been applying with no luck. I don't know WTF happened. I was just in the shortest interview ever (3 minutes -- if that) This was for a startup agency I would have to move across the country for. I got to the 2nd round. It seems like the CEO is moving too fast and is not deliberate in making decisions. Do I take the job and feel like the experience I would get is invaluable to my long term goals or or wait for something better/more concrete to come along?

Hi is it good to say that I already have an offer letter of one company(X) to another company(Y) to get better offer, I just got scolded by HR for this. also I lost the opportunity in Y.

HR scolded me regarding trust issues, time taken to interview a candidate, you will go and come back again to negotiate and what not, all I wanted to was just to improve my current offer.

Is it ethically wrong, or we should never share what offer we have to anyone.

Do any of you stay with your current job bc of the flexibility you’ve earned over the years? I’ve been at the same company for ten years and am SO READY to make a change but I’m scared to give up the flexibility.

For example, my 3 and 1 year olds were home with me all week because daycare had to shut down. I did as much as I could, joined calls and met all deadlines but I also stepped away a lot during the day to pay attention to the kiddos. I’m scared if I go somewhere new this wouldnt be ok.

Hi, I am currently interviewing for the abuse analyst role in a Trust and Safety team at Google. I have had 3 rounds done and a 4th (RRK) is scheduled. I'm not sure if the previous rounds were entirely RRK/GCA/Leadership as questions asked were mixed. I have been conveyed though that my feedback so far, is pretty neutral / avg hence a 4th round which will be entirely RRK.

I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with.
