2) Johnson Controls Pune of 24 LPA (Fixed plus 10% variable)
3) TCS Nagpur of 22 LPA (Fixed plus 10 % variable)

My questions are

1) What will be the in-hand in the above organisations as per the CTC offering
2) Which 1 will be better ( in terms of job security, employee policy, work culture, learning, overall aspects)

I have 10 years of experience in IT industry, working with Cognizant since beginning. I have 20yoe in a niche area of federal environmental work but I’m also a strong consultant w/experience in management/leadership, proposals, writing, recruiting, training, strategic planning…. I’m stagnant in my current role. I want more pay, but I want to keep a remote role. Everything I see sounds boring, too technical/software related, or like a director/exec role that will kill my WLB. I’m also over the billability targets.

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

Recently graduated college and now work at a F500 company as an appsec analyst. I don’t have a strong background in tech so I’m really struggling and don’t love the job because of it. I need some help in deciding whether to switch. I am a fresher with 3 months of experience at a funded PBC. Current base is 9 LPA. The work and the team are really great, and I have a mentor who can comfortably focus on me for the foreseeable future.
