In non covid times does Mck hire experienced hire BAs specifically for McKinsey Digital? Asking because I’m particularly interested in digital/tech work at MBB and I know you have to take a downgrade in position if lateraling but would rather try before spending 200K at MBA?

I graduated in 2020 with a degree in Economics and I’ve been working as a data scientist for a hospital on strategic transformation projects (on top of covid-related work).

I hope to transition to life sciences consulting but I’m not really sure what’s required of me to break into these firms? I tried applying directly to IQVIA and ZS for both associate and AC positions but there’s no response. Should I do an MBA? or an MPH?

Does anyone constantly worry about every tiny symptom they get being covid? My anxiety is through the roof.

I just had my annual review which was given by my partner and a counsel. For some reason which I don’t understand, the counsel (who I considered a mentor up until then) bashed my work. I was so stunned that I wasn’t able to defend myself. I am now debating to talk to the partner about her behavior towards me, especially since she has already crossed a line in the recent past: she forced me to go to a hearing with her though she told me her husband had Covid and pleaded without mask with fever.

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.

My brother was supposed to have a 250 person wedding and it was moved to early 2022 due to COVID. They decided to do a small family only wedding late last month. We were all vaccinated and it was perfect. Because they weren’t making rounds to visit with 250 people, we all got to hang out and have meaningful conversations. one of my friends cleared all Tech Mahindra rounds. They said upload your documents further step she uploaded here documents. They canceled due to the education gap. But she didn't have any gaps in her education. Due to covid-19, her exams were postponed to 2021 march so in marks sheet it showing 2016-2021. So they are thinking this one has an education gap. 16 weeks and so worried all of the stress I’m under is going to hurt the baby. Between work, my own scary (non-pregnancy) health stuff, the pandemic, my mom (who is a widow and lives alone, basically isolated by choice due to covid) is having health issues, and pressures to keep billable hours up, I’ve been having complete breakdowns. I switched to a new technology (Java) and joined a new org. Answered almost all the questions correctly in the project interview. ..... Now after finally joining the project after 3 months I found out the person who took my interview don't even know java and probably just googled theory interview questions and answers.
