I got licensed in 2018 and started working for a firm in DC while commuting from Baltimore because of the pay. I hated the job/firm and am obviously in Baltimore now, albeit with a significant pay cut, but the lifestyle/job satisfaction is awesome. There’s not a gargantuan BigLaw presence in/around Baltimore to really skew salary averages, so I’ve been curious as to what types of salary ranges there are around here for junior/senior associates, partners, etc.?

Hi folks I recently switched and my package is 13 LPA but as the role was not aligning with my goals so I switched again within 2 months. Now when I got interviewed for this new org(which is a unicorn). At starting they agreed on min 20% hike + 1lpa as a Joining Bonus. But while giving the offer they gave the same amount of 13lpa. Do you guys think it's fair of starting the interviews with something and then lowball the candidate? My interviews went pretty well

Has anyone had issues with hiring department? I applied to a IT position, passed the interview and they gave me a start date and salary. I was very happy and can’t wait to start but then… my recruiter told me that we have to delay the start date because my badge has not been created yet. My counsellor told me that after completion of Probation, leaves for entire year will get credited.
But till now no leaves gets credited in LMS.
