How do I communicate to my PML that my utilization should not affect me as much as it is because I am not receiving the work and is majorly out of my control. A1 started in January. I have inline or higher in all my values except for utilization which puts me at well below. Because of this I was placed at below for my 1st year/ 10 months. What’s everyone’s utilization on average? My firm targets 85% which I think is pretty solid but if you have a bad month it’s kind of hard to crawl out of it.
