I had joined Accenture in the month of February and assigned to project on the same month. But In project they are not ready to provide the development user stories and only supporting user stories are assigned, but due to the above behaviour I was like totally depressed as I don't like the supporting work(documentation stuffs). I had waited for almost three months for dev work 😟

What should I do now?
Can I look out for company switch or ask for roll-off from project?

What would be suggested for long-term growth? Doing growth-related data science at a private equity firm or a role as a monetization pm in a FANG-related company? What are possible growth areas after the job at a PE firm? I'm concerned that a career in PM would plateau.

Any idea what a 5 rating at senior 2 means from a hike perspective, will progress to senior 3 as well.

1. How hard is it to start at fresh in the data field when you have no experience.
