Hi Fishes, I had multiple offers but I retained the same company even though the package is low compared to others. Now the problem is I'm not able to concentrate on the work. Before that I'm very good at completing the tasks.I'm not able to understand why I'm sitting idle not doing anything. Even I'm not thinking about anything. Just timepass. I have cleared CTS interview & received offer letter. In my first company, i was trainee and not eligible for pf & form 16

In bgv, if there is no pf & form 16, i need to submit HR confirmation mail.

I have contacted that company HR, he told that organisation has restrictions to send mail to outside, so he can't send mail confirmation, but he was ready to give any confirmation via call.

I mentioned the same in CTS bgv oneCognizant , but they are rejecting.
