I have 1 year old kid and wanted wfh option. So I declined all other offers(TCS, infosys, wipro, bofa) with good package and accepted IBM. Looks like ibm calls its employee to office. Can I do Permanent wfh in ibm for Mainframe. IBM Hr said he can't confirm on that. Joining date is Mar 1.

Please help me with your suggestions

I’m 25/F, recently came out to my mother as gay and she was not receptive. I decided to send a message to my father and sisters to tell them next, and got crickets. I have a wonderful girlfriend and was so excited to share it with them, and it hurts to not have their support. I feel lucky that I have wonderful friends who do support me though. Anyone here have a selfish sibling who only cares about themselves and sucks up to parents? But treats you like shit? Mine is polite and jovial in front of others, especially my parents, but wouldn't lift a finger if I was dying. As the older one, it pisses me off because I've done so much for them in our younger years but now get treated like crap since he is the baby and the favorite. I would have preferred we had got a dog and I kept the other half of the inheritance. So frustrated.
