I’m a solar electrician at sunrun. I focus mainly on energy storage systems such as Tesla batteries. Currently making 93k a year with Lots of OT that push me into 150k a year. Hi,How to limit mandatory PF contribution as 1800/month. Currently it is deducting 12% of my basic which is 8000+. Do I need to change salary structure for it? Does FIS provide an option to limit PF as 1800 per month. ?
