Hey.. as a fellow who just switched with the sort of numbers you have, even I have gone through the same sort of thoughts
I do not think there is an easy way to navigate this issue but I guess the best way to deal with it is
To deal with HRs who directly represent the organisation,
Ask them for their salary range first rather than telling them your remuneration upfront
Do not give them an indication about your expectations of higher pay / pay cuts… you will have this discussion during the HR round
Hang in there, this too shall sort itself out

Don't tell your salary upfront.
Ask recruiter the salary range for the position and then tell your expectations
The leason learnt by some of high salary negotiatiors in one point of time is never always chasing high salary and stuck in toxic company and suffer also give priority to company brand and wlb else might be you will be getting high salary but with toxic work culture and long work hours also come.
You will get a good package, keep looking my friend. These days companies are paying pretty good.

Don’t take a pay cut for any reason whatsoever. If you take a pay cut, then naturally they assume that you’ve been terminated.

I know few people who changed within a month for same reason. (Bad wlb, culture)
But almost all of them told the truth that they did not like the working culture and are not able add any value to the company due to toxic environment.
They managed to change the company within a month . And CTC difference wasn't huge they did this switch just for +-2Lakhs. So keep trying, it might take more than a month, you've to maintain this patience.
i faced the same issue...u have approch keeping a better work culture as your priority and proceed accordingly u may or may not have to accept less pay bt try to find a profile thats suits ur current.
speak with ur hr to switch to different team if they don’t agree , try to join other org .u don’t need to go for paycut .in current market 6 yoe usually gets above ur offered range
6 yoe with 30lpa is a good offer. Surely you can get more than that at this experience based on company, but don't go for lesser at all.
