I have accepted oracle (OCI) offer for a very less pay(<24L+200stocks) having 6 YOE.Now the offer is released and they are not ready to match the offer of another company(30L).
As oracle was my first company i accepted the offer as my cctc was around 12L.
What should be my next step
1.Join Oracle by compromising pay and get the OCI knowledge, good wlb and brand name attached to resume
2.Join other company with 30LPA
Need your valuable suggestions on this

Hey fishers what is the package service based company offers for 11 year person in javascript with react,nodejs person.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

I recently attended an interview with KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. I was promised 11.5 lpa fixed and now after clearing technical rounds they say 11 lpa fixed. The HR was also not ready to negotiate. During the technical rounds, the interviewer was straight forward and said there will be lot of work pressure and appraisal will be once in an year. My YoE is 2.9 years. Is it really worth taking such an offer ? Any suggestions are appreciated

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners.
