I have an offer from Citi for 1600000 + 200000 bonus right now and negotiations are going on with JPMC for the CRM Data Governance role and I’m demanding 1700000 + Joining bonus for the associate role. Will they offer it? And is JPMC’s work culture better than Citi and Morgan Stanley? 3.5 yoe, current ctc 11 lpa + bonus

I have 7.5 year of experience in Microstrategy BI tool. I have got offer from Accenture for 15.96LPA and 27% variable pay. I got another offer from infocepts for 16LPA fixed with 5% variable.

I am being made a verbal offer for a role of Client engagement manager where I was interviewed for Sr. Client engagement manager.

How do you find the energy to create personal work when you've used it all on client work?

Last week team dynamics took a turn for the worst (even tho in each retro the team always commend each other, you would think team work is great). Team members get agitated with each other for being slow. Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
