We’ve just had performance reviews, and it turns out that every junior/mid associate in my practice group (including me) that I have spoken to has individually been told that they’re performing above their level and that they are amazing etc. Is this normal / is this a retention tactic? I recently had an interview with cognizant..HR DIScussed salary and role and told me that I will expect the offer letter in 2-3 days. But it's been 18 days, i did not hear anything from their end..Hr is not picking up my calls . 7 days ago she replied on my email that I will get my offer letter soon..after that no response.
Will they consider me? Is it sure I will get my offer letter?

The offer letter from cognizant has been accepted, and my joining date is January 2023. Can I leave Cognizant after accepting their offer letter? because I am receiving a greater CTC from another firm than Cognizant.

AD- associates will get to know about the merit increase in the first half of October by manager. E-letters will be released following that.

Hike will be effective from October 1st.
