I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.

Struggling with a potential opportunity - I’ve been at my current agency for about 7 months, and I’m indifferent to the job - don’t hate the work, but don’t love it either. My old CW partner is asking me to interview for another agency and a possible promotion if I make the jump. But I don’t want to screw over my current team/not sure if 7 months on a gig looks bad.
