Be careful if you cannot leave upto expectation then salary will be reduced. C3B designation is offered to people with atleast 15+years exp. Even people with 20+ exp in TCS has not received promotion to C3B
Internal hike will be max 8 % for top performer followed by 5 & 3 %
This is more that TCS standard. Forget about hike just enjoy the new job. Can you share breakup screenshot?

Do yourself a favor, don't join TCS. I saw in your other post that if you remove performance pay, the fixed pay is lower than your current fixed pay. This is absolutely not worth it.
If you are he'll bent on dropping your papers, then atleast use this as opportunity for other better offers, which you will easily get as AWS architect. There is demand, so hunt for product based companies that will pay you better in fixed pay. And go for at least 40-50% on fixed.
Also do you have offer letter, or the salary break up? If you have offer letter, please go through terms for retention bonus. I suspect tcs can later withdraw that component. If they have mentioned it to be discretionary component, then they will take that component off once market cools down.
Thanks for the detailed answer. I have rejected the offer on the same ground and trying for other Big4 and product companies.

40 is a good number at C3B level, ask them to give you C4 band.
You will have a anniversary hike once you complete 1 year and depending on your date of joining will be eligible forar year end appraisal, so it's not that you will have hike after 2 years. But again the hikes are just a bit.. 3/5/7% so after 2-3 years you will not find much increment and with the current market you would feel if it was right decision (likely in your current org you would have reached same package if not more)
