Hi, fishes. I have been offered a role at Amazon as an Account Manager. I am currently working as a Consultant in one of the #Big4(Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC ) a place for an MBA. They don't utilise our skillset to our full potential and we remain stuck in mediocre engagements. I am about to get promoted to senior con. Just wondering if moving to Amazon would be a better choice. Need opinion of you wise and experienced folks. Thanks!

I’ve been interviewing for Director of Product Marketing roles at late stage startups in hyper growth mode.

In my last 2 hiring manager interviews, they’ve not asked me any questions outside of having me share a bit about myself. I was in the earlier days of a FAANG company, so perhaps there’s an assumption they already know how I’d build/lead a team or execute. Both have wanted to offer the time for me to ask them questions with little questions in return.

Is this expected or lack of prep?

Had a great interview last Thursday with final person, and HR followed up asking if I was still interested with lots of exclamation points and Yays. She said she would follow up with the hiring manager on Monday for next steps. Silence. When should I email to ask?
