Australia would be v v good, if you want to go America just checks some news of previous 12 months it's not safe like Australia as I heard, in the end it's your choice ,if you are going with family not alone then Australia will be good same if you going single to, want to take some risk of life you can choose usa, can you share your tech stack?

Is it safe for black or brown😁

Package offered for US onsite is on lower side considering current inflation. Secondly cost of living also depends on work location. No doubt you could switch after 6 month after working with current employer on their VISA. Lots of opportunity will be their in USA compare to Australia. Would say struggle only for 1st 8 to 12 months before u make u r switch in USA

Go to US and then switch there at 140k+

With L1 we can't switch job

Dt join tech m

Means?. Date of joining ??. 4th May

If you want to earn - US.
Want to settle for long time- Australia.
Alternatively pick techm offer and ask for onsite citing your other offers, might work.

Auz you should opt for.

unless tcs going for L1A premium

Bec else L1 process may even take a year to go thru..Bec they wil start from blanket then individual... And takes approx a 1 year to get things sorted that way...

USA - L1 is pure luck and other conditions. It's not guaranteed.
My take would be AU.

After settling down, try switching to SINGAPORE after 2-3 yrs, as earning would be more there.

Just FYI, in AUS, Oracle offers $200K+ for developers at 6+exp. So you are underpaid ..

82k is like free services

Go for TechM and try to get another offer in India, as India is the land of opportunities. With 30lpa you will be living a luxurious life and after a year you can switch and you can get a 40+ lpa in your next switch. The package offered for US and Australia seems to be very less, if you are getting 4-5 times the CTC you are getting here then is it worth going out of India. You may also check with your refferal regarding the opportunity in Australia as people has mentioned that the opportunities are less there so TechM is the best option.

I din't know it was possible to get hired in Australia, without even having a valid Visa!!

Can you please throw some light on the process.

Australia is very less for opportunities..better go for usa as it has many opportunities and learning...

Maybe Australia is your best bet from opportunity, salary, PR perspective of your personal life gets aligned abroad like parents, kids etc

Don't call for L1 in US

Wanted to understand what happens in FAANG companies if H-1b visa runs out and there is no I-140 in place to extend visa beyond 6 years. Do they transfer the employee to a non-US office E.g. Canada? Does anyone here been through this scenario?

Why isn't Accenture sponsoring H1B visas in the US?
