2. EY GDS - Technical Lead (23 LPA + 10% VP)
3. L&T Infotech(LTI) - Specialist cloud (29 LPA)

Primary concern is WLB & Job Security.

Looking for some encouragement…I recently transitioned to a new company as a product owner. The decision was largely based on pat because at my old company I was being massively under paid. Now that am at the company I’m facing some imposter syndrome.

Majority of my new team is off shore so I’m facing a bit of a language barrier and time zone constraints. And when I ask questions about processes the answers aren’t super clear.

I went from being a SME on everything to feeling blah. Advice?

I been working at a smaller midsize accounting firm and found out after 6 months of employement that there aren't any annual bonuses. Am I being entitled, but the prior midsize firm and belief was that midsize firms give annual bonuses to their staff (seniors and below)?

I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?

I am driving both me and my husband crazy. We both work from home in a 4 bedroom home pretty decent size. My husband wants to do daycare and id prefer a nanny. Thankfully money isn’t the the concern, it’s more he thinks we’ll be distracted and I am nervous about anti-vax people and rise of polio and whooping cough.
