I recently got an offer from Amazon for sde new grad and I’m thinking if I should join or not as I have heard a lot about toxic work culture. I’m getting a base of 129k + 27k joining bonus and 94k in stocks. It is higher than my current salary but I’m getting a lower title. What should I do? Should I negotiate on salary ? Or on the role? The offer from EY India is very less and my joining is on 16th. I do not think negotiation will work at this point. Synechron & Altimetrik is offering far better pay than EY India. The difference is Close to 5L. Can anybody through some light here. I have a YOE of 4Y and tech stack- Java/MS/ React. EY is offering 10.5 fixed.
