I have finished HR interview round with Tata motors on 23rd September. How long should I wait for offer. Interview went well and it's positive. HR just said, he's gonna update as soon as possible. What should be my next steps. ?

I got two offers from deloitte FDD and Kpmg AAS(focus on M&A). Compensation is about the same. Which one should I accept? My end goal is moving into finance or IB/ go back school for MBA. Thanks

I had an interview with TCS last Saturday, still no communication from HR regarding my interview status. Did they call and inform us about our candidate status. In the beginning portal there are also no updates. Only in a profile created state.

I’m beginning to look for new opportunities and curious for any tips on getting interviews with larger size companies… Any insider insight? Directly applying has such a small chance of being noticed..

Current CTC is 8 ( I was underpaid in prev. companies 😢)

Do you think if I can ask for more? I still have 2 months for joining.

Also, One of my friend recommends to join ZS, could you please tell how is the WLB of a developer at ZS?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

I have an offer letter from Barclays which cannot be downloaded from their portal (only fixed CTC mentioned in offer)also as per hr discussion she said I will get a 20 per cent bonus every year in March but it is not mentioned in the offer letter. How am I able to trust them with this?
There is no component provided as performance pay in the offer letter.

1. Look for 10 offers from service based company where no assurance for WLB with same hike/offer
2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.
