To be completely honest, selenium doesn't have that much tricky questions so if your base language is Java with selenium then they will as you about you core structure of framework based on the oops. Secondly for sql they can jump to anywhere with questions, but first of all they will as about what testing is, how is your basics then you may expect some real time scenario based question of they have some time left then they might ask you for automation technical questions. Note: See to be completely honest, Selenium is way out of the trending technology so that they will boast that they work on RPA & AI/ML. But not to be scared most of the project use selenium only. But don't expect your first project to be a automation one. Make your way through it. I hope this helps.

First round will be specific to your resume, like they go through your skill sets and ask the question. Be confident about the project you are doing in your current organization. Second round: pure technical, creating a test cases, how selectors work, various automation framework which tool, which language, be prepared for the particular language from basic to in-depth. Third managerial round: general scenerio based questions. Prehire survey email: asking the details about yor yoe and compensation structure then hr will call you and negotiation happens.

Yes they do, but it questions will be basic only like oops concepts, collection concepts, which approach you use for developing a test framework like TDD, BDD etc

you got pre-hire survey before interview??

Currently in audit, looking to do tax returns for friends and family on the side to make a little extra money. Two questions: 1) would the firm have a problem with this if it doesn’t interfere with my work? I assume no since the firm probably isn’t interested in filing my brother’s return (he is a union electrician). 2) I have no experience in tax (I don’t even do my own return), so is there a good software to use for this or what is the best way to learn how to do tax returns?

Hello there! Presently on EB2 and of Indian nationality with Priority date in Aug 2016. Since I am a people manager and we have an office in Toronto, we were looking into getting a PR in Canada and having me work there for a year before coming back to the US on a L1A visa. Thus shortening my GC wait time. However with the recent EB3 retrogression, they are looking into possibly downgrading me to EB3 instead. Which route (L1A or EB3) would be quicker and dependable? How to convince them? Thanks!
