I got offer from ey where they are giving me offer of 25 LPA FIX. + 10% VARIABLE AND GRATUITY ETC. SO 27.5 LPA

MY CURRENT FIX SALARY IS 21.8 LPA WITH 6% VARIABLE.

MY REASON TO CHANGE WAS IN CURRENT COMPANY THEY ARE HAVING PPL ON BENCH HAVING SAME AS MY SKILLS SINCE 1.5 MONTHS AND I AM THE ONE WHO WAS LUCKY WHO GOT EXTENSION IN ACCOUNT THIS MONTH TOO.THEY ARE NOT HAVING ENOUGH WORK.

IS IT A GOOD DEAL TO TAKE ?
