I have joining date in February 1st week.
Accenture offer 13 LPA (10.7 Fixed) Senior Analyst, Level 10.
HR just doesn't want to negotiate at all. I have talked to the project lead, and the role is good.
I made up my mind for Accenture.
But recently I got two more offers,
HCL (16.5 LPA) , 80K variable
SHL ( 16.5 Fixed)
Accenture and SHL both will have WFH option. But HCL will be 3 days WFO, that too not my hometown.
Should I drop a mail to HR with other offers first? How to start?

Need some advise on a situation that pretty sure will play out this week. While I am on track for a promo. This promo will transform my position to be a non-exempt employee and not be paid hourly. Being that I currently do a bit of RM tasks that constitute a lot of overtime, how do I negotiate that I still receive a promo but be exempt being that unfortunately the ladder will dictate non-exempt.

Can anyone give insight into their salary at Deloitte? the position is for identity and access management consulting on the GPS team. My current salary is 88k and I like PwC just looking for further insight. TIA

I've been in manual testing for 80% of my career. Despite attempts to transfer into a more code-centric role, I never got the opportunity to do so. Now that I'm in a management role, I feel like it's too late to enhance my programming skills.

Suppose I want to transition into a developer role, will self-study be sufficient for passing the necessary requirements for coding jobs? Lately, I've been learning python and using what I learned by solving problems at leetcode.

So I had a call with a with a recruiter two weeks ago and she asked for my salary range and I told her $120k-$150k she said she would submit me me at $140-$150 well the role was put on hold due to an acquisition. She has referred me for another role and we had the preliminary discussion but salary wasn’t mentioned should I assume that it’s the same salary range or should I inquire and is so how should I frame my inquiry?

What’s the best position that mixes business and data science together? I like the technical aspect of DS (coding, algos, models..etc) but I don’t see myself being super technical. At the same time, I love to connect data to business and be on the strategic side of things however I don’t want to only be doing. What position would be best for someone who basically wants 50% DS & 50% Business?

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.

If paid leave above what is required is offered for parents, do we also have to provide the same benefit to other employees that are eligible for unpaid leave?

I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?

Can you please let me know how much of variable pay can I expect to get?
