Wlb is better than amazon.com is what I heard..

I also see mixed reviews. I think AWS is a company where you can make your own experience by how you choose to interact with others.

You should be just fine. If the wlb becomes an issue, bring it to your manager's attention. From my experience there is always a solution.

I think you'll be okay and like M1 said you can always bring it up with your manager if it gets to a point where WLB is extremely poor and you need to make an adjustment.

AWS is a pretty chill thing to work on. It depends on the company that you're working for.

Thanks for the response fishes , this really makes me comfortable in accepting the offer

I've heard it's pretty good (better than Amazon in general). I think it comes down to your manager.

AWS is definitely better from what I've heard, I have some friends working there and they are quite happy (surprisingly!) best of luck!

Should I - 1) Apply at AWS and test my luck 2) Spend a year or two with a smaller beltway bandit/ aws partner in a cloud tech based PM role before approaching AWS? 3) Apply for a cloud based role at a Big 4 before AWS? if so, I'm case ready, Thank you!
