I have overall experience of 2.5 years and i have joined cognizant in Feb 2022 as PA. When I will my designation change from PA to associate and when can I expect the role change and what will be the hike provided for change of role from PA to associate.

How long does it usually take to get a decision from a hiring manager? I went through 3 rounds of interviews for an ACD role: individual team member calls, hiring manager call, and was brought in to their office to meet the entire team.

This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Followed up via email last week and was told “we haven’t heard anything yet.”

Any media peeps working brand side? If so, what kind of role do you have and what is different/same/surprising from your previous agency-side life? Especially interested if you pivoted in your career.

Can anyone help me with Infosys payslip.
I joined Infosys with a CTC of 24lpa (15% variable)
Today i received my first month salary and it is only 1.06 lakh.
I am feeling low only as in my previous organisation my CTC was 13.5 lpa and i used to receive 97k including tax.
The CTS has been increased to 10.5 lakh but in-hand is only 9k.

Why have unions become so powerless in recent years? A decade ago, the collective bargaining units would get wage increases that matched or exceeded inflationary growth. Now we are lucky to see any positive integer offered.

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.
