I have QA profile with 6yrs of experience. From last 2yrs I have been working in cloud testing role with exposure of AWS/Azure. I have an offer of 13lpa fixed +1lpa variable from Cogni but not sure what kind of project they'll put me into as they have not cleared that yet. I want to build my career in cloud technologies, am AWS cloud practitioner certified. Can anybody from AWS/Azure background suggest should I go with current offer or try to get a break into cloud technologies?

I had a interview in Mindtree on 5th Jun 2021 and on 7th June they told me that i have been selected and will soon roll out the offer and after that i got "Your Selection Process" email from mindtree careers and after that i have received any communication from then and today when i checked the status of my application its changed to "Parked". Had my BCG final interview. For the 1st interview the fit portion went well, but nerves got the best of me while doing the Case portion. Blanked out on the math portion and needed guidance. Time ran out before I can give a full recommendation. 2nd interview I did somewhat average but the interviewer was pretty dry and I don’t know how I feel about it. If I didn’t receive an offer same day does it mean I was passed on? What are my chances? Thanks

I have one pro bono case that I kept when I left my firm to go in house. It’s a matter completely unrelated to my company and I have malpractice insurance through the nonprofit organization associated with the case. I’ve made clear to my client that I’m repping this client in my personal capacity. No one has asked me specifically about pro bono stuff at my company - if I know there’s no conflict of interest, is this something I should disclose? To whom should I disclose this?

I've been in customer service/retail sales for 20+ years now in many different industries and I'm great at it. Unfortunately my one mistake I made while helping in-laws and supporting my family is biting me in the ass. I want to save more and so many people suggest stop eating out and cook at home. I hate cooking especially the clean up afterwards, but I usually cook 4-5 days a week. Why does business analytics equate to analytics platforms that enable insights? I come from a background of a phd in math and where I developed custom algorithms for a DoD client that met their needs, but now that I’ve transitioned to a retail client, analytics suddenly means “tools” or “platforms”. What happened to the creativity to say there’s this mathematical formula in this other field that does X and another that does Z and if you stitch them together, it’s what you what (I.e company IP)?

I've got a very off the track question but I would really love your inputs. So I've got an offer from a company and I've accepted it as well. I've also added that I'm serving notice period on job portals. Coincidentally enough, HR from the company I'm holding offer with saw the profile and called me to ask why I'm updating my profile on portals and weather I'll join or not. So is it something I should be tensed about ? Is there any chance they will revoke the offer or something?

read everywhere it takes minimum 2 appraisal/ years to get promoted from B3 band to C1 band.
