I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet. When i contacted HR he is saying your offer letter is only pending for 2 approval, he said u will receive it by eod , but i haven't So worried does it take this much time🤞

Hi all. Today is one of those days where I am just really tired of proving myself. I'm a woman POC and the only brown person at my small firm. Owners are subtly racist and the men often treat me like their assistant. I also make a lot less than the male junior even though I have more YOE than him. How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.

I had resigned from TCS during Mayl21...had got offer from KPMG...
But luckily I cleared Jan DCA and I got almost the same offer...they promised me that they'll change my project to BigData which they have...so I withdrew my resignation...

Now just yday I received an offer from LTI...
It's a good offer...

But, I am afraid whether I am eligible to resign within this 8 month interval?
Is there any cooling period between two resignations in TCS?
