I have recently joined Axis corporate office virtually on 29th March 2022. I have keen interest and hence wanted to pursue Data Science and ML journey because im more or a technical guy. I have 2 years and 3 months of experience in the same. As the Notice Period ended, I joined Axis. But I’m thinking the BA role i have in here is a non technical one. What should i do?

I’m pretty confused. It’s few days only but i don’t know I’m not getting a good feeling now.

Sooooo bored with the work but love the money and am generally happy with the team/people I work with. Should I lateral or go in-house so I get a chance to work those management/stakeholder engagement muscles? Just don’t feel challenged anymore. Is another option to talk to the partners and ask for more interesting/higher quality work?

Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

One AD said it would be helpful to learn Azure cloud. Where should I start with that and what are some the things I should know/ be able to do in Azure cloud? I feel very confident with SQL and Powerbi and I’m decent with Python, but I don’t have a lot of technical knowledge with things like Azure Cloud.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

My firm typically does insurance defense, but we take plaintiffs cases here and there. Is it typical that work done by associates on contingency cases isn’t counted toward their billable hour requirements unless and until we receive our fee on the case? This is my first experience with this, but it’s hard for me to reach my hours as is, without spending time on non billable cases like this with no assurance that I’ll see billable credit at the end.
