How is Salesforce practice in RSM?
Sounds about right for 2020!
Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

I'd suggest Paypal given you anyways plan to do MBA, might as well enjoy your time till then and get some time to study.
EY is really bureaucratic and you'll be grinding most of the time. You already have experienced ZS with a much better culture, its time to experience a tech firm for a change. This would let you make an informed decision of whether or not to come back to consulting post-MBA.

Frankly, at 4YOE, leadership experience doesn't mean much. You can easily sell handling a team of 5 in context of both firms. Also, consulting (read MBB/T2) and project mgmt(read FAANG) are two top career choices post MBA. Continuing with EY post ZS imo restricts your post-MBA experience story and in some ways makes the choice for you. Going with Paypal keeps both the doors open. I also feel it adds a bit of diversity to your profile, competing with hundreds of software engineers and consultants. You'd be somewhere in the middle.
