Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.

Hey all- I’m a L&D Professional with some sales experience. I want to jump into Sales L&D but many roles require sales experience. I’ve helped close complex sales for large scale project work but have never been held accountable to monthly revenue targets since it wasnt my primary role with the exception of a brief time spent as an SDR. Looking for input if I should just go for Sales L&D positions or start as an AE and then apply for Sales L&D. Currently have interview for AE role with Gartner.

In the past month, I have gone through 7 interviews at a start up company, including the CEO, who wanted to talk “as soon as possible”.
Kept mentioning my “impressive resume” & “great accomplishments”, & I got the feeling he felt I was overqualified. The kicker was when he said “you realize this is an individual contributor” after I said I knew this job was to build out a function not currently anywhere in the company. Radio silence since.

The startup I work for got bought-out and it has been the furthest from ideal from the employees perspective. I have endured most of the change and tried to keep an open mind. We lost 4 people from our small team from the acquisition or from not enduring the transition. They did performance reviews in April. They reviewed me higher than I reviewed myself. They said that merit/title/pay convo happens in Oct. They just told me those meetings weren’t happening. Do I just quit?
