Hi fishes i have total 1.1 year of experience and has received a job offer from a startup where i have already joined.I completed 3 weeks in this company,now pwc called me for second round.should i tell pwc that i jave already joined a company or just abscond from my current company? I got written up due to a millennial aged co-worker whose feelings I accidentally hurt during a meeting. I didn’t call the person any derogatory names or shout or do anything out of the ordinary. I just pointed out some strategic errors that would have effected the deliverables. I was told by my supervisor that people of this persons age don’t respond well to criticism and that I need to find another way to communicate when they’ve failed to complete a task properly.
