Nobody Cares.
I have seen many of my colleagues having multiple switches and working at good companies. So i would say it doesn't matter much. Yes there are many companies who asks reasons but based on your switches no company will reject you .
Be ready to justify it.
Your have a valid point. An international offer is always many wait for. A bigger leverage. Nothing wrong in taking. Just a good justification answer should be enough.

if you can justify..for e.g. u can say because of international job i left Xyz company...then i guess that should not have be any problem...
it depends on industry...product based companies might need some long stayers...but for service based its everyday affair..
I also have a very long list of companies in my resume. If a company wants u then they do not care. In other cases if the company is trying to lowball u regarding salary or any other negotiations they may try to take this as an excuse.
So prepare a very good logical explanation for every jump and be ready to spill those words whenever u are being questioned.
In present scenario no body care. This practice is normal now days . Just go with the opportunity.

I really wouldn't stress about that. It is becoming more and more common to have jobs with not that much experience.
