I have worked with data scientists with almost 6-8 years but when it comes to algo implementation feature engineering or anything I don't see much difference in knowledge between them and me. Have any of you guys felt that. I think younger folks show more zeal and perform better than some of the experienced folks

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

Should I leave as a senior or manager? All clients i work with are private if that matters

I’m seeking advise from fishers. My brother in law is going to university next year. He was engineering (which is one of the worse decisions someone can do from my experience LOOL). I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time.
