I think younger folks have the advantage of time and less responsibility in life. So they experiment more giving more time thinking they will learn more. At some point of time they realise it doesn't matter how much they work and eventually become senior resources. 🤣🤣
I see most of ideas are coming from my manager or senior people in the team. Although I am seasoned data scientist but seniors get more leverage talking to stakeholders and visiting many onsites. Because they are more closer to business and they spend maximum time in the stuff like this, they get more ideas and suggest more solutions. Hence my opinion is just opposite to you.
Haan can be for sure as they are more client centric so understand more about the business. Its very cool to work with those folks who are taking efforts to improve the architecture of these ds projects than just taking free meals in the company
Younger folks can be moulded in any form provided the right direction and thought process from a senior person also they bring up a lot of energy and enthusiasm if they are keen to learn and experiment.
Bhai I have seen some people become dead fish in data science if they dont upgrade. I understand family responsibilities are there but one cannot escape stating these things
