I joined Legato Health Technologies with the below discussed package with HR in email.

10 LPA + 50k shift allowance

But I'm getting a salary of 10LPA only, in my salary slip the shift allowance is adjusted in 10LPA.

It's been 6 months.

Is this normal? What are the steps I have to take?

They say the commission will make up for my expectations. I joined one company ( Big4) in 2019 and left in 5 days, bcz of personal issue. After that they started email/call for recovery, some How till mid of 2020 i managed to handle that and pass the ball in their court. Today their legal team sent me an email for same , if i fail to pay in next 15 days, they .ay raise legal case as stated by them in email.

What to do now? Need experts advice.

Hi, guys! This maybe off-topic but wanted to ask this. I’ve accepted an offer from a firm and currently serving my np. My total np is 90 days which I’m serving completely. Had to ask the prospective company to shift my joining by a month. Since there’re still 2 and a half months into joining now I’m always paranoid thinking if offer would be revoked and other negative things like that. This is my first switch so I’m even more stressed. Need some suggestions how to deal with it.
