I have been working as a Data Engineer for almost 4 years now, I have a exp of 2 and half years in Google search onsite project as ETL developer with Python,SQL and internal ETL tools, I have relevant hands on on various python libraries like Numpy Pandas etc.,Currently I am serving notice period and getting package of 7.39LPA +80K bonus, Can someone please suggest better opportunities for me where I can apply with this skill set

Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I’m afraid of getting a lowball offer since 1. they obviously know my current salary and 2. I’d be new at this particular role, although I meet qualifications. Any advice if that’s the case?

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .
